1953 Ginny Tagged Blue Dot "Donna" Dress with Bloomers + Hair Bow (No Doll)

o  This Ginny dress has an "Original Vogue Dolls, Inc." tag.  It is a blue dot version of the #22 Donna dress.  There is some glue residue around the blue felt "buttons" on the white part of the bodice (see detail photo).  It closes with a hook and bar.  The bloomers match the fabric of the dress and I carefully replaced the elastic.  I found no holes or tears.
o  I  made the blue ribbon hair bow that attaches with a pin.
